Traditionally, in India, Yoga was done on cotton mats.
These mats are perfect for sweat absorption and can be used alone or over any yoga mat.
The size is approximatly 28"x72" and come in blue with yellow borders and fringe on the ends.
We recommend you wash your mat in cold water, and hang it to dry. Please do NOT put it in the dryer.
