buyMATS Return Policy

We offer a 30 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us, toll-free, at 401-830-5678 for a Return Authorization number and instructions on where to return the product.

All items must be in new/unused condition and in the original packaging. All Special cuts and Special Orders are non-returnable. We do not refund for shipping.

GENERAL TERMS, CONDITIONS & INSTRUCTIONS

Inc. A (RGA) Number must be obtained. Return of Collect shipments always require permission of BuyMATS Inc, and the (RGA) must be attached. BuyMATS Inc. will decline receipt of any returned product that does not include the aforementioned criterion. Returns of defective merchandise are subject to inspection and approval. All claims must be made in writing, 60 days of shipment. All freight charges connected to returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Special Sizes-There will be an upcharge for special sizes. Special sizes are defined as any size within BuyMATS Inc parameters that are NOT listed as Standard Sizes in this Price Schedule. Lead-times may be lengthened due to the preparation and manufacturing of these special sizes. Limited Warranty- Manufacturing Defects Only. The Warranty described in this paragraph shall be IN LIEU OF any other warranty, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to any applied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any oral statements concerning the merchandise described herein do not constitute warranties and shall not be relied upon by the buyer, and are not part of this warranty. This writing constitutes the final expression and is complete and exclusive statement of the terms of the warranty, granted by BuyMATS Inc Minimum Purchase . One unit
